By booking a tutoring session with Clancy Prep, LLC, you agree to the following terms of service.

About Us

These services are provided by Clancy Prep, LLC, a New York limited liability company. When you book with us, you are entering into an agreement with Clancy Prep, LLC. In these terms of service, "we" and "our" both refer to Clancy Prep, LLC.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. Your card will be charged immediately upon session confirmation. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24+ hours notice: Cancel or reschedule freely through your booking link at no charge.

4-24 hours notice: Contact us directly to cancel, and we will issue a 50% refund. If you wish to make up the session, you will need to rebook at full price.

Less than 4 hours notice/no-show: No cancellation or rescheduling permitted. No refund will be issued.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies occur from time to time. Please contact us if you believe an exception should be made.

Tutor Cancellations: If we ever need to reschedule your appointment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available slot.

Private Group Sessions

All charges will be billed to the card used to book the session. The person who books is responsible for the full payment, regardless of how many students attend or how costs are split among the group.

Academic Results

While we strive to help students improve, we cannot guarantee specific grades or test scores. Student success depends on many factors including effort, attendance, and individual circumstances.

Liability

We provide educational support services only. We are not responsible for academic decisions, school policies, or outcomes beyond our tutoring sessions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session(s) in question.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during tutoring sessions, including handouts, worksheets, and digital resources, remain the property of Clancy Prep, LLC. These materials are for your personal educational use only and may not be distributed or shared without our written permission.

Conduct

We expect respectful behavior from all clients. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for inappropriate conduct, harassment, or threatening behavior, without refund.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us first so we can work together to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding solutions that are fair for everyone involved.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website and, when possible, communicated directly to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
